Kyiv (UFS). Verhovna Rada in its session on Nov 2, and in unison passed a law "On copyright and associated rights", - a correspondent of UFS reported.

Particularly the law defines such terms as creator of video program, video program, author, signature, counterfeit copy, organization of collective management (for material rights), broadcasting organization, cable broadcasting organizing, piracy in a field of copyright and/or associated rights, copy of works, copying of videos and recordings, official work, public property, pseudonym, public showing of audiovisual work, fine arts' creation, quotations, etc.
