Bank "Aval" Introduces Bill Payment Via Internet Bank "Aval", under the framework of an e-commerce development program, has embarked on creating a bill payment service. It will enable individual clients to pay phone, house utilities and other bills through the Internet. The bank's press release states that it conducted some preliminary consultations with companies whose services will be paid for. Presently, "Aval" is trying to make these services available to corporate clients as well. It plans to launch a "client-bank" service that will make it possible for a corporate client to manage their accounts without leaving the office. Reference: Bank "Aval" developed the project concept this past summer. Home banking is to become the first step in this project. It will allow clients to check their accounts, transfer money from one account to another, and pay bills for utilities.
